Park Hotel is the largest hotel in Bled and is located right across the famous lake Bled. The hotel provides a beautiful view of the lake and the Julian Alps. It is an ideal place to organize conventions and seminars, as well as entertainment and relaxation events.
After the renovation in 2020, the hotel introduced the new water and park concept – the greatest natural features of its surroundings. The concept of water as the source of life is included in the architectural design of rooms overlooking the lake and the common areas in the hotel. The concept of park is presented through the rooms overlooking the green park. A unique feature of the hotel is the indoor thermal pool on the upper floor, which offers a breath-taking view of the lake. Due to the environmentally conscious and sustainable approach to renovation, the hotel was awarded the Slovenia Green Accommodation label.
| Accessible parking | There is one disabled parking spot in front of the entrance. If it is occupied, regular parking places can be used as they are spacious enough. |
| Accessible entrance | The hotel is accessed via a ramp. A fully accessible reception is on the ground floor. The elevator can be used for easier access to the lake (to avoid going around the hotel). Swimming pool is accessed without problems. |
| Accessible room | The hotel offers one disabled room. It is fully accessible and has access to the terrace. The balcony threshold is slightly high. |
| Adapted bathroom | The bathroom is adapted end equipped with handrails. The shower is curbless and equipped with folding chair. General disabled toilet is located behind the reception. |
| Accessible café or restaurant | The restaurant is accessible and quite spacious. There is a narrow double door at the entrance. When fully open the doors are wide enough for even the widest wheelchairs. |
| Accessible entrance to water from pool | The swimming pool is not equipped with aids to help enter the water. You’ll need to ask the staff for assistance. |
| Additional accessible offer | Wellness and fitness services. Saunas are not adapted, but they can be used by people with mild disability (there is a small bench in the sauna to sit on). The gym is large enough and most equipment can be used. |
| Accessible paths | The hotel is situated above Lake Bled around which there is a pleasant circular path. Unfortunately, the path is not fully paved as part of it are made of unconsolidated sand surface. In any case, we recommend taking the path, as it provides picturesque views of the lake. |
