On the doorstep of Lake Bohinj

The Jezero Hotel lies just a stone’s throw away from the beautiful Lake Bohinj, right across the stone bridge and the Church of St. John the Baptist. The hotel hosts 71 rooms and 5 hotel suites. There is one disabled room, which includes a balcony with lakeside view. At the moment, the hotel’s wellness area is not wheelchair accessible, and the pool is not equipped to help people with disability to access the water. However, the hotel’s current renovation plans include keeping in mind the needs of the disabled. In the meantime, we recommend taking the gondola to the Vogel Ski Centre.

Accessible parking	The parking lot does not have marked parking spaces for the disabled, but the sign is placed after the reservation. Upon prior announcement you can also reserve the parking spot closest to the entry (on the right side). The area around the lake has many disabled parking spots.
Accessible entrance	The hotel entrance is adapted with a ramp. The reception is fully accessible and is reached through the corridor next to the restaurant.
Accessible room	The hotel offers one adapted disabled room. It is very spacious and includes an adapted bathroom. People in manual wheelchairs can also access the balcony and enjoy the view of Lake Bohinj, the stone bridge and the Church of St. John the Baptist.
Adapted bed	The double bed can be joined or separated. There is enough space under the bed for a mobile hoist placement. The hotel however is not equipped with one, so you will need to bring it with you.
Adapted bathroom	The bathroom in the room is spacious and wheelchair-friendly. There is a general disabled toilet on the first floor, which is accessible with the use of the elevator. The toilet bowl is slightly low and can be adjusted based on user’s needs.
Accessible café or restaurant	Guests can choose between the Vrtovin restaurant with a covered and summer terrace, an à la carte Zlatovčica restaurant with a covered terrace and café. All are wheelchair accessible, with only the outdoor terrace having a small step at the entrance.
Accessible paths	The surrounding area is well-kept and adapted. There is an adapted toilet next to the parking lot and sandy playground.
