Hotel Astoria Bled is located in the historical center of Bled. It offers a beautiful view of the unique Bled Castle and the surrounding Lake Bled. The hotel strives to become a renowned hotel centre with education of students and constructively responsible attitude towards natural, social and cultural environments at their core.

The hotel offers its guests only the best. All rooms have a touch of modern comfort, including AC, a safe, mini-bar, free wi-fi, telephone, and 32-inch multimedia TV. Most importantly, they offer a fully adapted room for the disabled with an accessible balcony.

Accessible parking	The hotel offers its guests free garage parking, which includes marked disabled parking next to the hotel’s entrance. Because the parking spot might be occupied, we recommend making parking reservation along with room reservation.
Accessible entrance	Please be aware of the steepness of the slope if you park in front of the entrance. Wheelchair users need to go to the other side of the hotel, as there are steps at the entrance. Several steps are also found on the way from the terrace to the entrance, but you can overcome them by using the stair lift operated by employees, which you can call (telephone: 04 579 44 00) to notify you are in front of the lift. The hotel itself is fully accessible with the use of ramps and elevators.
Adapted room	The hotel has a single bed room with adapted bathroom. Be sure to notify the reception if you need additional bed.
Accessible bathroom	The bathroom is adapted with handrails, the shower is rimless and has folding stool. There is also a general disabled toilet behind the reception.
Accessible café or restaurant	A beautiful restaurant and café are found on the hotel’s ground floor and they both have access to sunny hotel terrace. During the summer the guests are entertained by music and thematic evenings. The restaurant is spacious, bright and flexible. Breakfast is self-service, and if you need help with food service you can always count on helpful staff at the counter to help.
Accessible entrance to pool	The jacuzzi does not have special equipment. You will need your escort’s assistance.
Additional accessible offer	The hotel offers a wellness centre and two Jacuzzis, one of which is accessible, but lacks equipment to help enter the water. The wellness centre is fully accessible, but not adapted. Massage rooms are spacious enough for wheelchair users. However, there are no accessories to lift you to the table. Saunas are very spacious and have wide doors. Showers are fully accessible as they lack doors and rims.
Accessible paths	The hotel is located above Lake Bled, which is encircled by a nice walkway. Unfortunately, it is not entirely paved, and some parts of it have unconsolidated sand surface. Nevertheless, the path is very picturesque and worth taking. There is also a park with macadam surfacing close to the hotel.
