Apartments on the Edge of the Forest.

The Hiša Smreka is an apartment complex situated above Snovik Thermal Spa. The complex offers 74 apartments of various categories and 31 double rooms, while The Hiša Smreka offers wheelchair-friendly rooms.

The rooms are well-kept and promote a feeling of homeliness and privacy. They are built from natural materials with woodblock and ceramic floors, which make them suitable for people with allergies. Each room has its own balcony with a small table, chairs and a drying rack. The resort is suitable for both couples and families.

Accessible parking	Disabled parking spots are located both in front of the spa and in front of individual apartments. Three parking spots are found directly next to the Hiša Smreka.
Accessible entrance	The entrance to the reception is accessed via a ramp. Apartments are in level with the paved sidewalk, but the apartments’ entrance have a small threshold. Passageways are at least 80 cm wide. The thermal spa is accessed with the use of ramps, they have an adapted (wider) entrance and other adaptations for people with disabilities. The small foot disinfection pool can be passed, but the wheels have to enter the water. The wide paved path leads to the outdoor pool, which has a wall on the right side and pebbles on the left.
Adapted room	There are 6 fully adapted rooms. They are spacious enough, equipped with double bed, adapted bathroom, kitchen, living room and balcony. The passage to the balcony has a slight threshold, but those guests that cannot access it can set the table and chairs in the area before the balcony’s entrance.
Accessible bathroom	The hotel’s bathrooms are adapted, equipped with rimless showers and folding wall-mounted shower seats. There is also a general disabled toilet in the thermal spa area. There you can also use the locker room for the disabled and common shower.
Accessible café or restaurant	The restaurant is renovated and spacious enough for wheelchair users. There is also a buffet and a café on the spa’s outdoor terrace. Both areas are adapted, stairs-free, allowing people with disabilities to move freely.
Accessible entrance to the water from the beach or pool	The thermal spas do not have special equipment for easier access to the water. However, lifeguards are available to help in that regard.
